I have this problem too, on PS3 as of April 6, 2018. I just beat the game on hard difficulty and got all of the campaign medals because I like to achieve everything I can in my games. I went to sleep last night, ready to get up the next morning and work on MP, and I checked the "My Soldier" tab and looked at my awards and I realized my previous unlocks had been reset. There is NO possible way that anyone has deleted my save data off of my system itself, but I quit the game and went to check my save data and lo and behold, my save data is non-existent. I've bought EA's games constantly even though I've had countless issues with them, but this is getting out of hand please fix this!

After multiple discussions with the EA tech people about losing our stats and whatnot it's pretty damn clear that they don't give a rats buns about their customers because I did supply them with the fix to the game disc problem and it's pretty damn simple so the dumbasses that created BF4 should have known from the start what the problem was OR they just are not adult enough to accept that the problem is of their own doing. I am self taught to fix and build computers and I will admit there's alot more I could learn but anyway.......my console is set to update every morning about 4:30 am and I just happened to be awake and licking my wounds after getting slaughtered by a 9 year old girl ....I think Dorothy from Kansas.....wicked little witch .....from every direction ....back of my head .... when my console did the update * and for the 4th time all my awards for the game disc got deleted and reset, up until then I thought I was just going to give up but tried one more time trying to fix the problem with the ignorant morons at EA who insist on being terminally stupid and continue ....even now...."resetting the console" HINT: the problem will never get fixed that way not the first time or the ten thousands time......or haven't they figured that out after what //SIX YEARS OF THE SAME DUMBASS GO AWAY CUSTOMER ON THE PHONE *?????? even though somewhat polite ohhh and the last time was a young woman so that day seemed a bit better......not sure why there Jimal or whatever GAWD !!!!
Hey Go to Settings / Control for HDMI / TURN IT OFF ......NOW YOU WON'T LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED REWARDS AND AWARDS FROM GAME DISC PLAY when your PS3 game console updates..... YOU ARE WELCOMED !!!! (Red_Piranha ..... I really don't like that 9 year old girl, hope she gets the flu with teary eyes .....I might stand a chance to die with honor for once lol .....its got to be all the sugar in her breakfast cereal GAWD !!!!!)
AND THANK YOU EA for screwing with all your customers since 2013 / giving us all the run around and never doing a damn thing to fix this ongoing problem or in any way compensating said customers for all the losses your techs created in the first place.......you must be thrilled at how many customers have quit you over such a simple issue that should have been figured out in ........ohhhhhh 2013 .......Free PS5 would be a good thank you to loyal customers that figure out your problems for you wouldn't it since it's us who make your wages possible ....you know ........yes it would but we won't hold our breath .....the next issue's probably at our expense as well......at age 129 we get tired of battling tech related problems when 9 year old girls are kicking our macho induced behinds so look after your own dang problems instead of sluffing them off on to the customers ok Jimal or Ringding whatever GAWD!!!!! Lazy bas......
P.S. - I refused to purchase a PS4 for this simple reason even though I do want to play the new Battlefield and continue on. EA's inability to address and fix such a simple game flaw that has been ongoing since the beginning really does make me question where their hearts are in this over-priced gaming market when they could care less how much our kids feel disapointed or carelessly spend on defective games. Sorry if I'm wrong but that is how it looks to me. ....so go ahead and threaten to shut me down .....again.
