Battlefield 4 punk buster keeps kicking me

ERROR
Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'SamplePlaysPC' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrA.exe
 
 
That is the msg i get after i join any server. i was working perfectly fine last night and this morning when i went to play this started to happen can someone plz help me.

    Hello,


    1. Open windows firewall
    2. click advanced settings( on the left) and then inbound (also left)
    3. Find PnkbstrA.exe and PnkbstrB.exe (if you have two of both, its fine)
    4. right click on each of them>properties>programs and services
    5. make sure that "all programs that meet the spesifications" is checked
    6. then go to the "Advanced" tab and check all 3 boxes. Domain, Private and Public.
    7. REMEMBER TO DO THIS FOR ALL PnkBstr Files. then save and quit.
    8. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4 and delete "Pb" folder.
    9. go to these 2 links:

    http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe
    10. download and install both
    11. Run Pbsetup.exe (the first link)
    12. add a game (eg. bf4)
    13. check for updates.

    Don't count much on tech support that much! they sound like bots with usual replies! they copy/pastethe usual tech support on internet without even checking it! Here is how i solved the problem! i hope it is gonna work for you too.

    Go to your BF4 folder. Uninstal and delete pnkb folder from your game folder! then go to even balance at this link and download the appropriate version :

    Run it and instal it then add your battlefield game to punkbuster in the box as it will show to you. Let pnkb update it then bingo it works!



    make sure all pnkb version are deleted from your pc.

    The game does brainwashing in the style of insurance agents that will catch you and your kids online
    The best thing to do is ask for a refund through PAYPAL because the game representatives are liars who try to take the role of educator and make you mentally ill
    The names you will find in software and games and they are obsessive people and crooks who will try to hurt you and your family
    Caution!!! Brainwashing of insurance agents.

    Hello support

    i have the same problem (kick by punkbuster ) 

    i have did the steps but still the same kick kick kick

    i have no idea what is wrong 

    do i really have to reinstall windows ?

    I have the same problem for the last 2 weeks.
    Constantly kicked by punk buster. I swear I will not buy another Battlefield until they get rid of punk buster.

    Just got back to the game after 5 months, kind of ridiculous we have to do all this just to play the game. No effort into the punk buster update

    The majority of you may have been banned by punkbuster. You need to launch the game from battlelog: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/ 

    The blue bar at the bottom of the screen will turn red/orange and display a message regarding the punkbuster kick after you have attempted to join a server via battlelog.

    It may take 30 seconds for the blue bar to turn red.

    I will be curious to see what violation # you are given via the aforementioned, if any. Please post back to this thread with the information shown in battlelog/message from punkbuster.
