What happens when your health bar ends?
Guys,actually when your health bar ends are considered dead in bf1,cus it would non-realistic if medic can bring u back from death?

Yep, I thibk so, although there is an argument that until you're back at the redeploy screen you're "downed" or incapacitated rather than dead.
Battlefield isn't meant to be totally realistic though, since it's an arcade shooter rather than a mil-sim, otherwise you wouldnt be revivable from most the deaths in the game (or at all even). You may need to suspend your disbelief slightly about certain game features though.
