Same thing here man.... here's my set-up
AMD-FX 6100 3.58ghz
16GB of ram
windows 7 OS 64-bit
two Radeon HD 7770's crossfire set-up.
When i ran BF4 in the test range which should be a reliable reference as to what my computer can or cannot handle.....GUESS WHAT?? my fps was well over 50.. As SOON as I try multiplayer m-m-m-m-micrrostuttterrrr/ rubber-banding up the **bleep** to the point where, it looks as though i have around 5 fps (this however is not the case, as I have GPU-z and keep an eye on my cards while the game is running, they don't go above 60% usage, it is certainly seems as though it's the processor which is spiking to 100% randomly during the gameplay for no reason I could be looking at the cloest object reference and it still does it, which further indicates to me a connective issue between the server/client). I understand there's always a performance downgrade when relying on off-location (typically cause i'm in canada) servers, but, even when i have less than 20 ping, this remains the same. I have tried everything to do with drivers, am considering a reformat but am extremely doubtful it will resolve anything as, it's grasping at straws for a resolution. Switching servers was my first instinct and fixed nothing. Tried disabling 2 /6 cores as this was a "fix" for the beta that didn't pan out. I tried disabling hyperthreading which also didn't fix anything. If i had to guess i would say it's server side because as i said earlier when I was in the test range everything ran fine on ultra with well over 50FPS, so I damn well know my set-up can handle it I just hope whatever this issue is gets fixed or figured out at least because it's unplayable atm..

lolrus 9001: This has nothing to do with what we are talking about, you are have a performance issue, we are not.
We are getting heavy server side rubber banding.

Well I thought so to at first. After watching http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZx2QvF-_OY however noticed unprecedented similarities.
