Why can't people understand the difference between performance and rubber banding?
One is netcode/packetflow/latency related one is cpu/gpu/ram related.
This new patch that came out friday complete ruined the game for me, sure I had the infamous game serve connection time out every ones in a while, but I never had rubber banding prior to Friday NOV1st 2013t patch..

12 years agoYeah you´re right. But: The problem is the high packet loss rate and not the ping. High packet rate means for example that your internet send 100 data packages and the server may only get 20. This makes the game unplayable -> serverside problem
