Battlefield 4 servers show 0 people and cant connect

Hey, been having this issue for 2 days now. I always get the same error message "An unknown error occured" or sometimes "This server is currently in a state of switching rounds or it has been shut do...

Have you tried at different times of day? Try turning off and on router (wifi) and see if it works. Its also possible the servers in that region have been closed due to private ownership. Have you tried different game mode servers to see if that works?
