Battlefield 4: Single Player Campaign Progress Not Saving

I got a trouble in battlefield4 (BF4) campaign single play. I've stopped to play a campaign at the middle of chap 4 called "Singapore" long ago. That is, I can see chap 3 is completed and chap 4 ...

I have the same problem in 2025, battlelog only shows my campaign progress back from 2016, I replayed and completed everything last month and battlelog doesn't show it.
