Battlefield 4 stats

You should be able to see stats for Battlefield 4 in the "career" menu.

Also try from the Battlefield 1 website.

I am really sorry about this issue with the Companion app. Are you using the same PlayStation account to play both games? Have you checked the companion app right after playing the game on your console? Keep us posted on your progress.
