Battlefield 4 Summer Patch/Night Operations problems

Ever since Battlefield 4's summer patch was released I also bought China Rising and downloaded the Night Operations dlc to my Xbox One ever since, my game has been crashing, freezing, sometimes as soon as I start up the game and it reaches the title screen it'll just crash and put me back at the Xbox One's dashboard. When I do get into a match the lag and rubber banding is horrible making the game unplayable, before the patch I almost never lagged and the game never crashed, help please.
