    Hello elitewill1200, Battlefield 4 will not release before Fall 2013, Electronic Arts and DICE decided to publish one battlefield every second year. This decision does not mean that the quality of the game will suffer, DICE is one of the industry leading game studios. Furthermore DICE approved that they will continue the work on Battlefield 3 after the release of the last DLCs and Battlefield 4.

Hello fellow Battlefielder. I have had the same concerns as you but they have mostly been eradicated now. I'm sure you know everything I know about BF4 by now, but there is one fact I myself did not fin out until recently. BF3 and BF4 started development at the same time. Now, obviously BF3 had started technical development first, but BF4 has been in the planning and development stages since Bf3 started development. The way I see it is, BF3 was the beta for BF4 which to me makes a lot of sense. They experimented with a lot on BF3, stuff that they frankly could have done better on. But it is still a fantastic game. This sincerely quelled my anxiety about BF4, and I hope it does for you as well.
