Battlefield 4 UI Update

Ever since the UI so called Update where the game now launches in Origin we no longer have some of the features we used to have. For over 1 month now I have not found my Platoon member list or stats. Also when waiting in queue for a server to open when players are at max we used to be able to watch the game live to see teams and if high scoring hackers are in the game so we could try a different server and not have to wait in queue. This update was actually a sown grade of features. I tried EA support twice and both times they did not have a clue what the game is about. I think to qualify for EA support all you need is McDonalds experience no game info necessary.
