12 years agoI have found a solution to this problem for me, and I hope it helps you.
I opened my task manager and went under processes and noticed about 5-6 instances of ActivationUI.exe running, I ended process on all of these and immediately would install the update, I hope this helps!

Had the issue with March 3, 2015 update.
Only one instance of ActivationUI.exe running. Ended the process and update succeeded.
