Battlefield 4 won't launch on Steam

I bought Battlefield 4 Premium Edition from Steam a month ago. I played Campaign and i finished. After that i played Multiplayer for hours . The point i want to reach is i played the game for 25 hours and there was no trouble. One day i try to start game and Origin apperas "Required Activation". I tried all the solutions but it didn't solved. Finally i reinstalled Windows 10 but even after that, game didn't launch. Now the problem is different. I press the Play button from Steam, then Origin opens but the game does not open. One of my Steam Friends said that i seemed to play Battlefield 4 for a few seconds then disappeared.
It's been almost a month and i still can't play the game. Can somebody please help me to solve my trouble ?
I am using Windows 10 20H2 and all my drivers are up to date.
