Battlefield 4 xbox 360

My game freezes up every time I play. I have to actually turn off my xbox 360. It happens in multiplayer and campaign mode. In campaign mode when the game freezes, I have to turn off my xbox 360 and I loose everything and have to start from the beginning. I am very frustrated with this game right now. I could use some help here.

    Hi flabroach9,

    Have you installed the optional data included on the discs? If you haven't please try doing this as it can help with performance on the console. 

    You can also try clearing the Xbox's cache, via the steps here. This can help with crashing and freezing issues In-Game.
