Hi,I'm stuck on the loading screen, before the main menu. The game stays there forever. Only works if I disconnect the Xbox One from the Internet.

THIS IS HOW I FIXED MY BATTLEFIELD 4 XBOX ONE:There are two scenarios.(A) You don't have a account(b) You have a account but it still isn't working (this is what happened to me)This is how to fix (A):Simply make a EA account, with the email you used for your xbox account. Activate your account, go onto battlefield 4 and all should be fine.This is how to fix (b):Step1. If you already have a account but battlefield 4 isn't working, go into your EA account settings, click on privacy settings, then scroll down and tick battlefield. Then click update.Step2. While still in your account settings, click on about me. Scroll down to where it says Connected Accounts. If your account has been linked, but battlefield isn't working, it should say your xbox one account name there. Click on revoke access.Step3. Restart your xbox completely by unplugging it at the wall. When you turn it on again, it should come up with a green loading screen. Launch battlefield 4. On the rain screen, it should say something about your account not being linked. Navigate to link account.Step4. ENJOY BATTLEFIELD 4 (better hope you like it, seeing you have to do all of that...)

Hello EA...I have the same problem. Is anyone at EA reading this??? This is totally unacceptable quality and customer care.

Hi guys I had the same problem with the game on xbox360. The reason it won't load it's because ur gamertag is attached to an EA/orgin account which is classed as under 18. That is why if u disconnect from the internet you can play as it can't check the account. The only way is to speak to an advisor from EA and get them to either transfer your "persona" to a new orgin account which isn't underage. Good luck as I did that and the game works but I lost some in game purchases for FIFA 14 which I can't get back. Good luck

I was having this same problem, I can't tell you exactly what fixed it but i'll tell you what i did. Went to origin.com and changed some preferences and random things, then went to the Battlelog website for battlefield 4, logged on and changed my avatar picture and some loadout options and checked some stats and stuff. Started up the xbox and i can now play, i have no idea what exactly it was but give it a shot.

I'm also having this problem and waiting on a response from their Account Management team. I've spoken to 2 Game Advisors for 20+ minutes apiece. My XBL account says it is already linked to another account, but it's not linked to any account according to Fifa/Battlefield 4 Pretty cool

I have this exact problem. If anyone finds a fix please let us know. I can't believe I paid this much money for a game that won't even load.

If you have another ea game and you have an account wih it disconnect it worked for me

i have been on with 2 game advisers and and one suggested we have a courupted save so they told me to uninstal it then reinstal it and i done that then i went on it today (i let it dowload over night) and i made me do the screen adjustments then it just went back to the rain screen and i am on with one the now and he is sending a request to the "experts" about this problem so hopfully a patch soon 🙂

Hold your finger on the power button for over twenty five seconds. watch your power brick on the back of the box. You will see the light turn orange.
. When you see the light turn orange or the time has passed remove your finger and the box should restart automatically. If it does not start and load to the Xbox One green start up power it on by reapplying pressure to the Xbox One power pad.
. Now retry loading the game the was frozen
