When i pre-order the deluxe. Will i get premium??

As i know you will get one pack that is called "drone strike expansion pack" but for all latest info you should follow here http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/ru/preorder/

The information provided here is correct, except the DLC's name which is now known as "China Rising"

wil;l bf4 work on the oreginol xbox 360 it is like the xbox elit i dont wana buy a game and have it lag magorly
