Battlefield 4

I'm quite upset with this game and the people who manage this game. First i sent in a email with someone to contact me back about my multiplayer presettings not saving. My case# 14182379. and no one has responded to me its been over a week. Its still doing the same thing. Plus it still does not save my campain mode eihter i have done the first 3 or 4 levels like 15 times. Please forgive me for venting i love this franchise and its my favorite series of all. If someone could please contact me back i would be very greatful.
