Battlefield: Bad Company 2 - Mouse Not Working

I recently wanted to play Battlefield: Bad Company 2 again. I have already purchased it and I have previously played on another computer with no issues. I recently purchased a high performance computer running Windows 10 and installed my purchased copy on the new PC. While the game installs with no problem and starts with no discernible issue, using my mouse to look around is impossible. My view is stuck straight forward, making the game unplayable. Has anyone been able to find a fix for this problem?
