battlefield bad company 2 problems

hello everybody,

I had bought me the game Battlefield Bad Company 2 per steam in summer 2014 and did activated it, but somehow the game asked me again for the serial code and after entering it, it sayed that this serial code is being already used.

Before the problem happend my pc had an BSOF.
