Battlefield Bad Company 2 Ultimate Edition purchased with expired VIP codes
Hello. Yesterday I purchased Battlefield Bad Company 2 Ultimate Edition at Wal-Mart for $20. The case said it came with VIP codes for access to Battlefield 1943, Onslaught mode, limited edition unlocks and VIP downloads. When I got home, I entered the VIP code first, and it was invalid, so I tried the 1943 and Onslaught codes. Invalid. I was puzzled, until I saw the information on the code sheet, that the codes had been expired since August 31st of 2011. I feel like I have been ripped off here, since the game included all of this bonus content, and I can't even use them because they have been expired for over a year. I really wish there was something on the back of the game that informed you of an expiry date for the codes, otherwise I would not have bought the game in the first place. So, is there a way for me to contact EA/Dice to see if they could generate three new valid codes, or do I have to go out and waste more money and buy them separately?
