battlefield bad company 2

hi I downloaded the game but I was not able to play. The game is open the menue but it dosent work when I select single player. Please advise Regards

Hi khe!

What did exactly happen, after you tried to start the single player campaign? Can you please provide us your system specification (or on what platform you are playing) ?

If you play on PC, please check your latest video-card driver and check what version of the origin client is installed on your computer. Install the newest driver for your video card.

If that didn't solve your issue, you should try to delete and reinstall the game.

i have the same problem with bf2bc, loads to the menu, cursor is way off calibration, and game wont start. my system is: 2600k, 16 gigs ram, asus p8p67 mobo, 2 sapphire 6950 cards in crossfire. have current drivers for gpu, have deleted and reinstalled game twice, still same problem. downloaded through gamefly, couldnt get any help from them, they just took my money and said we cant help you.(feel ripped off) closed my account with them after 2 years of membership. please help.
