Battlefield Bad Company Does not Update!!

Hi, I just purchase Battlefield Bad Company 2 in Physical DVD, not an Origin Download so the install was in Windows 7, but when i ran the game says that is not updated, and that i will have to update it to be able to play, so i start the update download but when the download was an hour of started said this:

"File Not Found there might be internet connection problem or server is down play the old version?"

So I Don't know what to do?? please help me ! Thanks
