Do you refer to the PC version or consoles?
Are you still unable to connect? Wonder if this affects only you or if this is a problem in general. Did not spot any additional posts about it...
I am sorry, but I cannot help you much on consoles and will have to leave that up to the EA support.
While browings couple other Battlefield game boards here at this forum, I found one topic reading identical to your problem.
