Battlefield battlelog not reading my stats

I have gone over your main page for battlefield 4, I have gone all through my battlelog page and spent about an hour searching the forums but could not figure out how to resolve my issues.

First: I have had a battlelog account for awhile now and been posting my stats from Battlefield 4 on Xbox 360 but my account shows nothing of any game.

Second: I want to try Commander mode but I can't, after a long wait for it to download than signing in it jut shows me an ad to by Battlefield 4.

Third: I have searched and searched and searched but could find any way I can post to the forums, I only reply to other posts.

PLEASE HELP ME FIX MY ISSUES.

    It might be that something is messed up with your connection of the Gamertag and your Origin account. I recommend to get in contact with one of our Game Advisor for a further check your linked console profiles. Please keep in mind that they will need some of your private data to verify that you are the owner of the account.
