Battlefield Companion app shows real progress while BF4 reset half my progress

The battlefield companion app shows my real progress that I remember getting but on battlefield 4 it reset half of my progress. It reset my sniper and support class completely while keeping my assault and engineer intact. It also reset my camos, and special dlc guns. I have no Idea why it reset and why I can’t get them back. My EA account has never changed for my PSN account and they have always been linked since PS3! The screenshots I attached show the discrepancy.

    The 3rd picture shows you as only having 2 sniper rifles available and the 2nd image shows as having most of them available yet both are from an image from your computer screen. Have you more than 1 soldier made/created ?
