I was just trying to add an emblem to my Battlefield 1 but EA.com said I don't own the game so I was unable to access Battlefield Companion. I've owned the game for months now and have 14hr of game play on it. Does anyone know a solution?

The battlefield companion has been broken for a while.
I don't think, they will fix it, as the support for it has ended a long time ago.
But with this said, I think adding or editing emblems should still work though.
Because the thing you are describing just occurs on the carrer page, so you can not see your stats, codex entries etc.
If you go to the emblems page, you should still be able to add / edit emblems.
