Sorry to hear about the issue you've been experiencing with this.
Have you tried using a different Web Browser, and clearing the cookies/cache or using incognito mode?

I tried this, too! I do believe that it's a kind of HTML problem but can't be solved by me. Those new buttons are like the original one and can't be deleted in any way. ☹️

So I went to this site: http://www.battlefieldcp.com/battlefield-1-emblems/
Then I wanted to import the red emblem with an "A" from Avengers (by Jerre1986) and then the whole problem started. Take a look if it happens to you too. It is the only emblem from there that caused me this issue.
- From how widespread this issue seems to be, I have a feeling this is a legitimate bug in the battlefield companion. No solutions seem to work, but it seems they don't care enough to fix it!
