GetDeviceRemovedReason DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_ - crashes and unplayable on RX 5700 XT

Question

I have just bought this game, and I can't play it.

windows 11 PC, have tried every suggestion I can online including underclocking and undervolting, repairing game files, updating graphics drivers for my card from my card manufacturer to the latest drivers, lowering texture qualities, and within 5 minutes of playing a campaign game I encounter a freeze and this error pops up.

hey man i have the same card and the same problem. i think the only fix is to play on direct 11. but i want that direct 12 fps boost. neither to say some old graphic driver from amd fixed this issue, but it has been back since 2023 i think. really irritating
