Battlefield Hardline - The game does not open

The game does not open , I switched AVG, but it did not work . I did the repair, but does not open. I click to enter the server and is loading. The game does not open.

Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox

I try Opera and Explorer, but does not work.

with Chrome its suppose to run without problem. Pls make sure you run in plug in free

Pls delete AVG and after a system restart try it to lunch the game again

  I deleted AVG yesterday.
  
  Now i use Avira.
  
  And run in plug in free

  All drivers are up to date.
  
  I restart de Origin.
  
  I repair the game and restart de pc.
  
  I do not know why tis is happening

    pls open gforce exprerience and make sure hardline is added to the game library
    
    in windows pls check the windows firewall:
    BFHWebHelper.exe and bfh.exe is not blocked
