battlefield hardline freezes in episode 3: Gator bait

Nothing wrong with Xbox One. Pre-ordered Battlefield Hardline. Running fine until Ep.3:GB in the stadium right after I crow bar the door open. Looks like it's loading and never comes back. Black scree...

    Talked to ea tech support. Apparently have to start the game from the beginning. I tried and worked.

      @tggr57 Do you mean restart campaign, episode, or delete and reinstall gamedata + save data??

        Did you all try the method that is mentioned earlier in this thread? I can confirm that it has worked for myself and at least one other person.

      Restarting the campaign, fixed the problem for me...

        Had the same issue in Episode 3.  As soon as I pry the door open nothing but loading.  Let it sit for over 30mins once to see what would happen.  Frustrating to say the least having to start over but certainly not that first game I've had to at some point due to a bug.  Not that that makes it right...
