battlefield hardline freezes in episode 3: Gator bait

Nothing wrong with Xbox One. Pre-ordered Battlefield Hardline. Running fine until Ep.3:GB in the stadium right after I crow bar the door open. Looks like it's loading and never comes back. Black scree...

Talked to ea tech support. Apparently have to start the game from the beginning. I tried and worked.

@tggr57 Do you mean restart campaign, episode, or delete and reinstall gamedata + save data??

    Did you all try the method that is mentioned earlier in this thread? I can confirm that it has worked for myself and at least one other person.
