battlefield hardline freezes in episode 3: Gator bait

Nothing wrong with Xbox One. Pre-ordered Battlefield Hardline. Running fine until Ep.3:GB in the stadium right after I crow bar the door open. Looks like it's loading and never comes back. Black scree...

2016 and this bug is still alive! Ridiculous situation to EA.

I tried to report it, but the form sent me here.

Is there something we can do to help ourselves?

    I had to restart the episode and it works to me (Xbox One).

      Having this problem too. Trying to restart the chapter now.

      The gator farm and then the mill worked for me. Thanks.
