Battlefield Hardline installation stopped - Xbox One

I am having a major issue trying to play. I just bought the disc and it installed partially but continuously stops. The bar is about 20% done. It gives me an error:

Check your disc

Your disc might be dirty or damaged. Try cleaning it, or choose a different disc. (0x87e000064)

------

I dont see how this is possible. The disc is clean. I've tried over and over but it won't continue the install. It keeps getting stopped. I've done a power down of the console and unplugged the power cord for 5 minutes then rebooted. It did nothing. I checked the disc, and it's clean. What gives?

    Were you ever able to solve this problem? I've tried returning the game and getting a new one and hard reset.

    To this date, I am still looking for a fix. I would also like to know if this issue has been resolved as I am experiencing the same problem.

    Hi im super later to this problem, but a few month ago I bought hardline for 5 bucks at gamestop and i just got the xbox one x and when i install this game is stops at like 85%. Did you ever find the fix or anyone? get back to me if you can, id like to play this game online.
