Battlefield Hardline is broken

Okay, so I bought Battlefield Hardline a few days ago and when I first played it, I was excited. Seemed like a fun game. Noooo, as soon as I hit play, it sent me to the battlelog page. Everything's going smoothly, however, when I try to hit 'play campaign' or 'play multiplayer', it says 'initializing server', closes Origin, and I can't open origin. It still says 'initializing server'. And the only way to get Origin open again, is to click Battlefield 4 on my desktop. Even then, I can't click on the play button for Battlefield Hardline. I tried uninstalling Battlefield Hardline, nothing worked. I waited a day to see if that'll fix it-- nothing. I even tried requesting a refund, and I've heard no response from EA and it's been three days. Their return policy states that I'll get a response back in 48 hours. When I try to click on the 'Show Details' button under 'Refund Requested', it comes up as a missing page. I tried searching the internet, trying to see if anyone has experienced this before. Nope, just me, apparently. I want to play Battlefield Hardline, but if this doesn't get fixed, I'd rather just have my money back. Please, can someone help me?    EDIT: Apparently, neither Battlefield 4 OR Battlefield Hardline will launch. It's not just Hardline, something must be wrong with battlelog. Battlefield 1 launches just fine.
