Hello,Battlefield Hardline keeps freezing when I play multiplayer. Usually it's after I die and the kill screen comes up. It is not a network issue, as my internet is working just fine. Is there a setting I should look at?Bendition

Same problem and alot of other people having the same issue! just googled on different forums and there is alot of people getting freeze spikes for a short second or two by every few minutes! its extremely annoying since it freezes and that one or two seconds freeze gets you killed Always. It also happens very often so its a problem that needs to be fixed. typing in game chat with other players confirming they have the same problem are also disapointed and whant the bug fixed.UPDATE!Tried reinstalling did not workTried repairing did not workChecking GPUS and CPU did not work changingUpdating or Degrading the video drivers did not work. tried 3 different video drivers. Some people tried DELETING **BFH** folder in MY DOCUMENTS and REPAIRING the game, Worked for some for a short time, Tried that but did not work for me.Some info i found searching on forums.Appears the freezing might have something to do with changing/altering the graphic settings in the options menu. Before you alter the options between normal (default) to high or any other type of options the game seems to work, just like when you have completed the game installation for the first time all seems fine. If you ALTER the GRAPHIC'S by any means the freezing seems to occur. However this is just a theory but it seems some people have tried it and it seems to have might originate from that alternative.It could also be a problem with your computer if you are using a ASUS ROG or ASUS by all mean. seems more people with ASUS and ASUS ROG are having the issue. Can not confirm this but by checking others system specs it seems most people having the freeze are using ASUS. But i have no idea where the problem comes from. i feel you man , im getting it on xbox one every 30 seconds into a game it will freeze completely , iv hard reset soooooooo many time its natural even the reinstall (which is from a disk and is sill going on since 9pm last night is only at 17%.. blackout dlc more like f**k your game up and make you use every once of your bandwidth AKA take our sweet * time fixing a game thats been out for a long time AKA . dont let visceral make the next battlefield ... ps EA can you actually give some support

Just began this game on XB1 on Jan 14 2016, and the first 2-3 days were fine for MP. Then beginning on Jan 17, I'm experiencing the same freeze ~30 seconds into a match; have to quit to the dashboard and restart the game. Very frustrating and inconvenient. Hard reboot of the console did nothing.

I've been trying to get a hold of EA through email or phone and no luck. How do you charge people $60 for a broken game. Not only $60 for the game but an additional $50 for a season pass that I can't even use because the game crashes every single time? I was a big fan of battlefield but after this I don't know if I could ever trust an EA game ever again. I wish somebody would contact me about this because it's unacceptable.

I'm on XB1, this problem still exists. I've tried rebooting every way there is to reboot, beside chucking the console out the window. I've completely removed/re-installed the game from scratch twice, and the freezes are still happening.
This doesn't happen on any other game but Hardline.

(Please exuse any spelling or grammer, english isnt my first langwige) It happens for me on the xbox 360, i had played the open beta and it worked fine, i played it for about 2 weeks, but i buy the game and the first thing it does is crash after installing, now it just crashes when a veical/rocket/objective explodes and i can see it, bf4 works perfictly fine for me, so i just dont get it
