Battlefield Hardline multiplayer connection

Im trying to join a match! i cant even get in a match. Its just says contact ea for help or use task manage4r to close down!!! They need to fix this becaue it took me 3 moths for 60 dollars and im not just gonna let this money go down the drain!

For an 11 year old you should be aware this game says the F word more than George Carlin.  You should just be aware of that is all.

Sometimes some routers have problems with uPnP.  If the router has a firmware upgrade this may also fix uPnP otherwise disable and manually do it.

If the account's user age is set to 11 years old, that may be the reason it's blocking.
