Hello @Voxfan !
Try clearing the Xbox One's system cache by following these steps:
1) Turn off console and unplug everything. Keep the console off until the power brick's light is completely off.
2) Plug the console back in and turn it on
3) Connect back to Xbox Live
If that doesn't help, try these two things on your Xbox One:
Clearing Persistent Storage: Go to Settings > Disc and Blu-ray > Persistent Storage > Clear it out twice.
Clearing Alternate Mac Address: Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear & reboot console.
