Usually the assets not being loaded is because your GPU doesn't have enough VRAM, and the system is unable to use any of your system RAM to compensate for that, but that shouldn't be an issue since the gta 960 has 2gb vram and your system has 8gb ram. All I can say is try lowering your graphics settings to the lowest, and see if the assets are loaded properly.
As for the screen tearing, I used to get that, upgraded to the latest Nvidia drivers and it got fixed. If you have GeForce Experience installed, try updating your graphics drivers to the latest release. You could also try reinstalling DirectX and Microsoft Redistributable and see if that works!
Usually these errors you are getting are caused by the things above, graphics drivers, not enough memory, etc... Your system / corrupt game / origin shouldn't cause any of these errors.

This morning I completed some Windows Updates. Then I used DDU to uninstall display drivers and reinstalled the latest Nvidia. I made sure that DirextX was up to date, it is version 11. Visual C++ is also up to date.
Logged in to Battlefield, set all of the display options to LOW and was greeted by this: http://i.imgur.com/85OUAW3.png
I have not ran a clean boot yet, but I do not see how it would change anything unless Punkbuster is 100% of my issue. Is that possible? It seems pretty extreme. Not sure what else to do at this point.
