Battlefield Hardline Premium bought but no download PS4

I bought Premium for hardline and it briefly flashed up ready for download and then the page disappeared, if I select Premium from the store it goes to the page but will not go to the download page, I have looked in downloads and everywhere else and can't find it. The money has been taken out of my bank account. How do I download hardline premium am I a complete idiot or is something wrong. this is PS4

    Have you already entered your Battlefield Hardline Premium Code? For account-specific questions I generally recommend to get in touch with an EA Advisor using the new Help Center.

    Thank you but I haven't got any hardline premium code but I have a bank statement with the money taken out on it. Thank you for you advise I will try the options you have given me
