Battlefield hardline PS4 battlefiledlog.co

Hello,

I have looked every where for an answer to no avail. Hopefully some one will answer here.

The Battlefield log website, I have registered, it recognised I have an EA account, yet I can not post on the forums because it does not recognize that I actually own the game Battlefield hardline, the message says to post or reply you must own one the games. Please please will some one tell me how to get the website to recognize I have the game, I have looked at all the options on the website there appears to be none that would give me an opportunity to link my copy of the game with Battlefieldlog.com.

I have an issue where by whilst playing the game it lags out then I get a message saying my time on the server has expired except, I am hoping some one on the forums may know of a solution or course.
