when clearing system cache its recommended by xbox support to do it 3 times and restart. downloading the beta to this game wouldnt cause this issue as it was for multiplayer and is under a completely different area in terms of save data. if clearing the system cache doesnt help look at the disc to see if there are fingerprints or dirt to clean off. its also possible that you may have a bad disc as well.
