battlefield insider not working

I am unable to join 'Battlefield Insider" because it says: "Unfortunately, a failure occurred. Please try again.". What do I do now? This is on my PC.

    Hello! @Sergeant_Dias

    Are you using an AdBlocker? If so, Disable it and try again.

    Also, on your Origin account you must be 18 years of age or older in order for you to be able to sign up for Battlefield Insider.

    @Sergeant_Dias

    Try either a different browser or you can also try on your phone, this has solved it for others.

    Also, please dont follow @swespot's advice about changing your DOB, this is a ToS violation and could result in an account ban.

    I've tried Firefox and it still hasn't worked, must be because I'm not 18. That sucks, I can get a rated M game but I can't get a newsletter... makes as much sense as the Vietnam war... Thanks anyways.
