Battlefield one keeps on freezing on the title page

When I’m on the title page it keeps on freezing when I press A on my profile. I did what another thread did and deleted the saved game data and that solved it. How do I recover the data is possible?

I have been experiencing this same problem for a few days now also, same console as well. Please respond as soon as you can.

Hi again,

Have you tried to delete all local saved data? Also, are you playing on a digital copy of the game or disc?
