battlefield plugin will not download

wtf is wrong with your plugin no matter what i do it tell me to exit out of google chrome before it can download new extension ive tried task manager as last resort and closed all google chrome icons like i said last resort after i tried exiting google chrome over and over again im seriously pissed it was working fine till this new bull* extension you people need to fix the plug in
