Battlefield Premium Membership

Hello, 

I currently have the Battlefield 3 Premium Edition, and there is a key for Battlefield Premium Membership, but I cannot find out where to use it or even if I can,  it say's I will have access to all 5 expansions and any future ones as well. Also its Limited for some reason and I don't know why.
