Battlefield Premium

So I just bought Battlefield Premium and was wondering if it's bound to the Orgin account or to the pc, because if it's bound to Origin then I can download it on mltiple computers. I'm buing a new computer next week, so it would be stupid to use the code on  pc I'm not gonna use anymore.
