Battlefield skill levels

Great game but defaults to normal level on setup and is too difficult for me. How do I access easy level, as its not highlighted for selection? (xbox one)

Please try it like this way!

That's PS4 it's the "Triangle" button!
On your Xbox it's normally the "Y" button!

So on pic.1 you start normally, that shows the "Normal" mode highlighted because you play this one if you start the mission then! The "Hard" mode shows with "Triangle"..... that means if i press this button so it switches to this mode! And "Easy" stays dark!

Pic.2 shows then "Hard" highlighted and with "Triangle" on the "Easy" mode! And "Normal stays dark!

Pic.3 shows then "Easy" highlighted and with "Triangle" on the "Normal" mode! And "Hard" stays dark!

At all, the highlighted one is that what you'r looking at, that one with the Triangle is that what you switch too if you press it, and the other one stays dark at this moment!

Hope it helps, and you just understood wrong how that shows!

Ok so, for sure is the "Easy" option available!

If the Normal option is highlighted and Easy/Hard not, you can switch between them with the top right button on your Controller normally!(for me on PS4 it's Triangle)

Then it should switch between this 3 options, so you see always a different one highlighted!

No joy Travis unfortunately. Just spent over an hour trying every which way but to no avail. Uninstalled it, reinstalled it, tried different campaigns, pressed every button, swore at it - nothing! It just defaults to normal every time. Hard is highlighted, showing corresponding Y button for selection but easy is not highlighted and does not show a corresponding button for selection. I think most people would find easy too easy anyway so maybe ea aren't right bothered about the minority. Just seems a bit strange to have an option there that you can't use.

Pressed every button except Y - didn't know it was a toggle switch 😳
