As far as I know you need to activate Battlefield Bad Company 2 Vietnam DLC in main game menu. Make sure that you have updated Battlefield Bad Company 2. Start Battlefield Bad Company 2 and click on the "Vietnam" button. Next, enter a product code. Make sure that you have used correct EA Account. After activation you can go to Battlefield Bad Company 2 Vietnam menu clicking "Vietnam" button in main menu.
