The only thing you can do is to report suspected hackers, nothing much else can be done.
Everything else is handled by the relevant EA team.

This is a closed forum, as opposed to an open forum that is conducive to "open" discussion and comments, input from members and feedback from all players. Good or bad, that is the meaning of "open" forum.
Report on every site that you can find. If enough people do that then something may get done. If not for this game then perhaps titles in the future may benefit.
