As you have purchsed a digital version of game, it would be forever in your games library.
Please use this link : http://www.dm.origin.com/download to install the Origin 9.0. Login with the correct account, you used to purchase the game and then click on "My Games" tab.
Your game would be there "Ready to download".

Top of the page, you would find option to "Download Origin" client
Download and install Origin client.
Login and bang you should have your game available for download 🙂 (if you used the same account earlier)
